This policy explains what information we collect through abresystems.com and how we use it. It does not govern information handled under a separate contract, non disclosure agreement, or government program.

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization if provided, and the content of your message.
Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, user agent, and requested URL, for security and abuse prevention.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

To respond to your inquiry and to follow up about the program, partnership, role, or press request you raised.
To operate and secure the site, including rate limiting and automated submission filtering.
To meet legal, export control, and contractual obligations that apply to our work.

We share information with service providers that host our site, database, and email delivery, strictly to provide those services.
We disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a lawful government request, and when necessary to protect our rights, personnel, or systems.

Contact submissions are retained only as long as needed for the business relationship or as required by law, then deleted.
Access to submissions is limited to personnel with a need to know. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing privacy@abresystems.com.
If you are in a jurisdiction with additional data rights, tell us in your request and we will honor the rights that apply to you.
